From our Executive Chef, Ruedi Forrer, originally from Switzerland and an elected member of the famous group of elite Chefs Chant a Rostissier, Ruedi was Executive Chef for seven years at the Melbourne Hilton Hotel.
To our second generation Chef Andrew Forrer, named Apprentice of the Year while completing his training at the Hotel Windsor, one of Melbourne’s finest, Andrew holds numerous awards from 5-star inter-culinary competitions.
The experience and passion doesn’t stop in the kitchen, but flows through to our Events Manager, Rebecca McIntosh. From a strong background in food retail, hotel, catering and events management, Rebecca’s attention to detail will make your event stand out.
